These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern the relationship between gbajhe (hereinafter referred to as "gbajhe", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the gbajhe online gaming platform at gbajhe.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your").

gbajhe operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform primarily serving players in Bangladesh. The platform offers cricket betting, live casino games, slots, and specialty game categories including West Hunter Bingo and Darts. All services are provided subject to these Terms, which may be updated from time to time at gbajhe's sole discretion.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• Platform: The gbajhe website accessible at gbajhe.net and all services offered thereon.
• Player Account: The registered account held by an individual player on the gbajhe platform.
• Balance: The current amount of Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) held in a player's account, inclusive of deposited funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• Bonus Funds: Promotional credits added to a player's account subject to wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• Wager / Bet: Any amount staked on a game, sports event, or other outcome offered on the gbajhe platform.
• Wagering Requirement: The number of times a bonus amount must be bet before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• KYC: Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal processing.

These Terms are written in English and the English text constitutes the binding version. gbajhe reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gbajhe will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via their registered email address prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Access to and use of the gbajhe platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. gbajhe operates a strict 18+ policy without exception. Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, placing bets, or accessing any games on the platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using online gaming services.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered player account on the gbajhe platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different names or identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information, including date of birth, name, or payment details, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order you have placed on your own gbajhe account or on any other gaming platform where you have undertaken to exclude yourself from gambling services.

Registration is free of charge. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of a gbajhe player account:

Registration Requirements: During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred currency (BDT). You must create a secure password for your account. gbajhe strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) after registration to enhance account security.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your username, password, and any 2FA codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. gbajhe will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gbajhe immediately at [email protected].

Account Verification (KYC): gbajhe is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on player accounts. You agree to provide, promptly upon request, any documentation reasonably required by gbajhe to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method. Such documentation may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed defined thresholds

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in restriction of withdrawal access or account suspension. gbajhe reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Account Inactivity: An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. gbajhe reserves the right to levy an administrative inactivity fee on dormant accounts, subject to applicable law. An account that remains inactive for 36 consecutive months may be closed, with any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable law.

All financial transactions on the gbajhe platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gbajhe does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside gbajhe's control.

Accepted Payment Methods: gbajhe currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's largest mobile financial service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's mobile financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile payment platform
• Visa — Debit and credit cards issued in Bangladesh

Deposit Conditions:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• gbajhe reserves the right to refuse deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Deposits are typically credited to your gbajhe balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Processing delays outside gbajhe's control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the identity information on your gbajhe account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• gbajhe aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal requests submitted while a player has active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements may be declined or may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• gbajhe reserves the right to carry out additional identity and fraud checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or mobile money provider in relation to a legitimate gbajhe deposit is a breach of these Terms. gbajhe reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, withhold the equivalent balance, and pursue recovery through all available legal means in the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback.

gbajhe offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions timed to Bangladesh events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have fully registered and verified their gbajhe account in accordance with these Terms. Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are subject to any restriction are not eligible to claim or receive bonuses.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated in the promotion's specific terms, players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still subject to wagering requirements will void the earlier bonus.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. gbajhe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already in progress for players who have partially met the wagering requirements. gbajhe is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. The following conditions govern gameplay across all product categories on the platform:

Game Providers and RNG Certification: All slot games, RNG table games, and virtual sports products available on gbajhe are supplied by third-party software providers — including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe — whose random number generators (RNG) are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. gbajhe does not supply its own proprietary gaming software for these categories and does not have the ability to influence individual game outcomes. Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, software bugs, network interruptions, or power outages affecting the gbajhe platform or a third-party provider's systems — gbajhe reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the player's account balance. Malfunctions void all pays and plays, and gbajhe's decision regarding the handling of malfunction-affected bets is final.

Maximum Payout: gbajhe applies a maximum single-transaction payout cap, which is stated within the platform's cashier terms and may vary by game category. Wins that would exceed the payout cap are reduced to the cap value. Players are advised to review the payout cap applicable to their preferred game category before placing high-stakes wagers.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the gbajhe platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money balance where the breach involves fraud), and legal action where warranted:

• Underage Gambling: Registering, depositing, or wagering while under the age of 18 years.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account on gbajhe, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or the KYC process, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their explicit authorisation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player product on the platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, or using technical exploits to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets for guaranteed profit in a manner that constitutes abuse of the sportsbook rather than legitimate betting activity.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any automated tool to place bets, spin slots, or otherwise interact with the gbajhe platform without genuine human input.
• Money Laundering: Using the gbajhe platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform as a conduit for transferring funds between parties without genuine gaming intent.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to gbajhe's systems, to reverse-engineer the platform's software, to introduce malware, or to interfere with other players' accounts or gameplay.
• Harassment: Using the platform's live chat, support channels, or any other communication feature to harass, threaten, or abuse gbajhe staff or other players.

gbajhe monitors player activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated detection tools and manual review processes. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be notified of the action taken against their account by email. Where account suspension results in balance forfeiture, gbajhe will provide a written explanation of the grounds for forfeiture upon written request from the affected player.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your gbajhe account at any time by contacting gbajhe customer support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, gbajhe will process the closure within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to gbajhe under these Terms. Active bonus balances subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for a defined period or permanently may activate self-exclusion from within their gbajhe account settings. Self-exclusion options include periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be lifted before the period expires, even at the player's own request — this restriction is a core feature of the responsible gaming tool and is designed for the player's protection. Players under self-exclusion will not receive marketing communications from gbajhe for the duration of the exclusion. Permanent self-exclusion results in account closure and return of the real-money balance.

Closure by gbajhe: gbajhe reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• gbajhe has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity in connection with the account;
• KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe following request;
• The player is found to be under the age of 18;
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations require gbajhe to restrict or terminate the player relationship;
• The account has been inactive for 36 consecutive months.

Effect of Closure: Upon closure of a player account for any reason, all rights granted to the player under these Terms immediately cease. The player must not attempt to re-register on the gbajhe platform after their account has been permanently closed, whether in their own name or under a different identity. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in any new account being closed and any balance deposited into that account being forfeited.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding gbajhe's decision to close or restrict your account, or regarding the settlement of any bet or transaction, you should first contact gbajhe customer support at [email protected] with a full written description of your complaint. gbajhe aims to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. gbajhe's decision on all disputes is final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
